Job summary

Progress Schools is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and provide pastoral guidance. You will help students with diverse needs, monitor wellbeing and foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

You will also carry pastoral responsibilities, offering emotional support, building relationships, and supporting personal development for pupils across our schools.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English C or 4 grade or above (or an equivalent).
• Experience in an education setting or equivalent.
• Knowledge of supporting students with diverse learning needs.
• Strong communication and commitment to equality, safeguarding and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
