Job summary

Lea and Garsdon CE Primary School is seeking a highly committed Teaching Assistant to work within a class setting. The role may involve supporting small groups of pupils as well as providing individual support as required, including 5 hours MDSA to supervise lunchtime play and promote our OPAL provision while supporting positive behaviour.

The successful candidate will have significant experience with pupils, work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to deliver targeted support, and

• Significant experience working with pupils.
• Ability to deliver targeted support through intervention programmes.
• Support inclusive ethos and behavioural development.

Responsibilities
