Job summary

The Southfield Trust is seeking a part-time/term-time MDSA to support classrooms across our six sites. Two hours per day, five days a week during term time; the role is fixed-term for one year, with pro rata salary indicative of salary £25,614 full-time.

You will cover lunch periods, support pupils at lunches, assist with personal care, monitor progress, and may be asked to work at any site as needed. DBS checks apply and safeguarding is a core priority.

Responsibilities

• Covering the staff lunch period within the classroom and outside spaces.
• Providing support to pupils with lunches and providing personal care.
• Helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitoring and recording student progress.
• Relief TA contract with potential for additional hours as needed.
