Job summary

Even Swindon Primary School is seeking a reliable MDSA to supervise lunchtimes across the primary age range. The role focuses on keeping children safe, happy and well during lunch breaks, with training provided for the right candidate.

You will work with primary pupils, building positive relationships with children and staff. The post is part-time, with hours from 11.45am to 1pm daily, and offers CPD opportunities and a supportive team at the Blue Kite Academy Trust.

Qualifications

• Experience in a primary school is desirable; training provided.

Job description

We would like to recruit an MDSA who is flexible, enthusiastic and confident working with children across the primary age range. Your role will be to ensure that children are safe, happy and healthy during their lunchtimes.

Experience of working in a primary school is desirable although full training will be given. You must be organised, positive and able to build good relationships with both the children and your colleagues. Excellent communication skills, the ability to use your initiative and to work independently are important skills for this role.

Hours would be 11.45am - 1pm daily.
