Ash Green School in Coventry is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for maternity cover to support students both academically and personally. The role is part-time (30 hours per week) during term time with an anticipated fixed term contract until July, and potential for extension.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting young people, strong numeracy and literacy skills, and excellent organisational abilities to manage priorities and resources in a busy secondary school environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting young people, in school or similar setting.
• Numeracy and literacy skills equivalent to GCSE English and Maths at A*-C/9-4.
• Reliable organisational skills with good time and resource management.
