Job summary

Tyndale Primary School is seeking a team player with a strong work ethic to support pupils across key stages. You will assist teachers with classroom resources and contribute to pupil supervision and welfare, helping to foster a positive learning environment.

The role requires flexible, self-motivated individuals who can build positive relationships with children and the wider Greenshaw Learning Trust team.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils or classroom activities.
• Ability to form positive relationships with children.
• Willingness to assist in safeguarding and welfare duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support pupils in designated activities, individually or in groups.
• Assist pupils with special needs as directed by practitioners and ISP reviews.
• Attend to pupils’ personal needs, including basic first aid and medicines if trained.
• Provide daily supervision and play supervision during lunchtimes.
• Promote safeguarding and the welfare of children throughout the school.
