Job summary

Seymour Park Community Primary School in Old Trafford invites applications for two Teaching Assistant Level 3 posts to start as soon as possible. The role is full time, permanent, under a 39-week year (term time) with Band 4 points 12–17.

We seek skilled TA3s to work with teachers, deliver Maths and English support, cover lessons, and support higher attaining pupils and those with additional needs, including 1:1 assistance. A safeguarding mindset and enhanced DBS are required.

Qualifications

  • Experience delivering Maths and English support.
  • Experience covering lessons.
  • Experience supporting higher attaining children and children with additional needs plus 1-1 support.

Responsibilities

  • Work with teachers to engage, inspire and challenge learners.
  • Deliver high-quality learning opportunities.
  • Support learners across KS2 with a focus on maths and English.

The Governors of Seymour Park Community Primary School are seeking to appoint skilled and dedicated TA3s who will work in partnership with our teachers to engage, inspire and challenge all learners.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience of upper KS2 however we welcome applications from candidates with experience in other key stages.
