Abbey Park Primary School in Pershore is seeking a Teaching Assistant Level 3 to lead our Inclusion Room and support children with diverse needs. Abbey Park Primary School is looking for an outstanding Level 3 Teaching Assistant to lead our Inclusion Room. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take responsibility for developing a welcoming, purposeful space where children can receive targeted support and develop the skills, confidence and resilience they need to thrive.
Our Inclusion Room will provide a flexible environment for children who need additional support at different points during the school day. You will work closely with class teachers, our Inclusion Lead and SENDCo to ensure that support is carefully planned around individual children's needs and targets.

This is much more than a traditional Teaching Assistant role. You will have the opportunity to lead and develop an important area of our school provision, working closely with our Inclusion Lead and SENDCo to shape how we support children with additional needs.
You will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of experiences and activities, from targeted academic interventions to cooking, outdoor learning and practical life skills.
