Job summary

Oak Learning Partnership is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join Elms Bank School and College in the UK. The role focuses on supporting pupils with SEND, delivering tailored learning support, and contributing to therapy and behaviour programmes under supervision.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to promote independence and inclusion, participate in planning and assessment, and help create a positive, resilient learning

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND and complex learning needs.
• Welcomes specialist training such as Team Teach, communication strategies, and therapy-based interventions.
• Commitment to creating positive learning experiences and inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and senior staff to deliver tailored learning activities.
• Assist with lesson planning, assessment, and resource preparation.
• Provide individual and small-group interventions to promote progress.
• Supervise short-term class cover as needed.
