Job summary

Elms Bank School and College is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our supportive team. You will work closely with teachers and senior staff to support pupils with SEND, implementing therapy and behaviour programmes and delivering individual and small-group interventions to promote independence and inclusion.

• Experience supporting pupils with SEND is desirable.
• Ability to work with teachers, therapists and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with SEND in small-group and 1:1 settings.
• Assist with implementing learning, therapy and behaviour programmes.
• Support classroom teaching, contribute to planning and assessment, and prepare learning resources.
• Supervise short-term class coverage when needed.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and families to promote inclusion.
