Job description

We seek to appoint a full-time Level 2 Teaching Assistant who will work with students who have support from the Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Department at Penglais. Your work will involve supporting students who have a wide spectrum of ALN needs by running a variety of interventions to small groups of students as well as supporting students in the classroom to allow them to effectively access their curriculum. The right candidate will enjoy working in a busy environment. You will be required to use your own initiative to ensure that students can access the curriculum and that they are making good progress in their learning. This is a role that would suit an ambitious individual who has a genuine interest in supporting students to meet their potential.
