Ysgol Cambrian is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with ALN across the 3-19 age range. You will work with teachers and specialists to deliver personalised learning programmes and promote communication, independence and wellbeing.

You will contribute to a safe, caring and inclusive learning environment, building strong relationships with pupils and families while supporting safeguarding and inclusion across the school.

• Have a passion for working with children or young people with ALN.
• Are caring, patient, resilient and committed to inclusion.
• Can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Are willing to undertake training to meet the needs of learners.
• Have a positive, flexible and proactive approach to supporting pupils.
