Narberth C.P. School is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to join the English-medium class and support pupil learning within Progression Step 2.

The role focuses on ALN support, following IDPs, and close collaboration with the class teacher to help pupils access the curriculum and develop independence. The position is fixed-term until 31 August 2027, 28 hours per week, term-time only for 45.8 weeks per year, with a Grade 4 salary.

• Experience working with primary-aged children in school or similar settings.
• Excellent communication, team collaboration and adaptability.
• Caring, patient, flexible attitude and ability to build positive relationships with pupils.

Responsabilités

• Support learning within the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher.
• Assist pupils with ALN and follow IDPs; liaise with staff and families as needed.
• Support pupils with medical and toileting needs and undertake required training.
