Job summary

Anglian Learning is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our Learning Support Team. You will work closely with the SENCo Team to support students in the Reef provision and mainstream lessons, helping them access learning and develop independence.

The role involves delivering targeted interventions and supporting students across literacy, metacognition, emotional resilience and communication, plus assisting during lessons and break times.

Qualifications

• Caring, enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant.
• Proven ability to support students with SEND and promote inclusion.
• Experience delivering targeted interventions and supporting learning in classrooms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small-group and individual interventions (literacy, metacognition, emotional resilience, communication).
• Support students during lessons, form time, break and lunchtime.
• Work closely with SENCo Team and teaching staff to access learning and build independence.
