Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant at Kemnal Academies Trust to deliver small group interventions and supervise the lunch hall. Experience in behaviour management and allergen awareness would be advantageous.

You will help break down barriers to learning and support a child’s confidence and independence within a caring school community. Whether you have prior experience in childcare, SEND, or are starting a career in education, your contributions will help pupils of all abilities

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering targeted literacy, numeracy or wellbeing interventions.
• Experience or interest in behaviour management is advantageous.
• Allergen awareness and management are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small group interventions in literacy, numeracy, or wellbeing.
• Manage the dinner hall at lunchtime.
• Support pupils to build confidence, independence and agency.
• Collaborate with class teachers to maintain high-quality learning and classroom management.
