Royal Park Primary Academy, part of TKAT, seeks a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a fixed-term contract. The role combines delivering small-group interventions with lunchtime dinner hall supervision; 15 hours per week, 11:00–14:00, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in behaviour management and allergen awareness is advantageous.
• Experience supporting learning, childcare or SEND is welcome.
• Commitment to helping pupils progress regardless of ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted one-to-one or small-group interventions in literacy, numeracy or wellbeing.
• Manage the dinner hall at lunchtime and supervise pupils during lunch.
• Collaborate with class teachers to support high-quality learning and classroom routines.
