Pyrcroft Grange School, part of Bourne Education Trust, is seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. The role is full-time on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027, with a salary on the Support Pay Scale 3.

You will work under the direction of the responsible Teacher to support learning, deliver intervention programmes, and help pupils feel valued and included in a nurturing, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated safeguarding commitment for children.
• GCSE English and Maths or equivalent qualification.
• Evidence of CPD or continued professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support teaching provision under the responsible Teacher.
• Facilitate learning for individual pupils and groups with high expectations.
• Prepare and deliver intervention programmes based on pupil needs.
