Job summary

Teaching Personnel, in partnership with Crofty Multi Academy Trust, is seeking Teaching Assistants to support pupils across several Cornwall schools in Redruth, Camborne, Hayle and surrounding areas. roles range from flexible supply to long-term positions, with opportunities for development within Crofty MAT.

You will work with engaging teaching teams, deliver interventions, support learning needs, and help create a positive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in educational settings.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Patient, adaptable and enthusiastic when working with pupils.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils within the classroom across year groups.
