Job summary

Bridge Farm Primary School in Whitchurch, Bristol, is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to support learning, independence and wellbeing across the pupil group. You will join a collaborative team committed to helping every child access the curriculum and experience success.

The role is part-time, 32.5 hours per week, term time only plus 5 inset days, starting 01/10/2026. An inclusive, supportive culture and a funded Health Cash Plan are offered.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade C or above or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to plan and implement effective actions for children at risk of underachieving.
• Builds positive relationships and works well in a team.
