The position offers a structured full-time schedule (8:30 AM – 3:30 PM), term-time only, with a competitive daily rate and access to professional development in safeguarding and educational support strategies.

Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting children, youth groups, or vulnerable individuals in either a voluntary or professional capacity.
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a high level of professional energy.
• Demonstrated flexibility in addressing diverse learning styles and emotional needs.
• Possession of an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a readiness to initiate the application process).
• Full eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.

• Facilitate targeted intervention through small group sessions and 1:1 support for pupils requiring additional guidance.
