Job summary

The Governing Body wishes to appoint a highly motivated Teaching Assistant or Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team from 1 January 2027. We offer a warm, friendly environment and a strong commitment to staff development.

The successful candidate will support pupils, work as part of a team and uphold high standards of care. Salary scales are published: PS3.3 for Teaching Assistant and PS6.2 for HLTA, with fixed-term contract for one year.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above (or willing to work towards this).
• Be receptive to advice, keen to learn, and committed to professional development.
• Ability to encourage, motivate and communicate effectively with children.
