Job summary

Ryecroft School in Walsall, West Midlands, is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism and complex needs. You will work alongside experienced teachers to deliver inclusive activities, provide 1:1 and small-group support, and help pupils overcome barriers to learning in a nurturing environment.

This role offers a permanent contract, term-time style, 37.5 hours per week, with start in October 2026.
