Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people in any setting.
• DBS Update Service or willingness to apply.
• Two professional references covering the past 2 years.
• Passion for helping young people succeed.

Responsibilities

• Support teachers and pupils across the curriculum.
• Work one-on-one or with small groups.
• Assist planning and lesson delivery.
• Help manage classroom behaviour.
• Support students with SEN.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
