We are recruiting Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants for a large SEN College supporting pupils aged 19 to 25 years old. In these active roles, you will work on a one-to-one basis supporting the pupils' daily learning and providing additional support such as personal care, communication, and leisure activities. Some students may present challenging behavior; therefore, experience is advantageous but not essential as training is provided. Candidates should be comfortable working in this environment. These roles are physically demanding, requiring you to keep up with active students who may like to run, use adapted bikes, and swim.
