The successful candidate would atleast need some experience working with children, but mainly, has the resilience and confidence to support a child who may try and push the boundaries. If you would consider yourself a positive and effective communicator, who can promote a child's independence, then this could be the role for you.

The position requires you to take part in cross curricular lessons, so if you are an active person who enjoys partaking in lots of activities then this would be a role you should consider applying for.
