Job summary

Reed Education are partnering with primary schools across Cheshire East to recruit Teaching Assistants. You will support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education, prepare classroom materials, provide one-to-one support, monitor progress and supervise pupils at break times.

The role welcomes resilient, confident communicators who can promote a child's independence and thrive in a busy, active environment; prior experience is not essential.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be resilient and confident communicators.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to our students.
• Assisting with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
• Providing one-to-one support to students who require additional help.
• Monitoring and recording student progress.
• Assisting with the supervision of students during break times and lunchtimes.
