Reed Education is partnering with primary schools across Cheshire East to recruit Teaching Assistants. The role involves supporting the class teacher and helping deliver high-quality education to our students.

No prior experience is required, but you should show resilience, confidence and strong communication to help pupils feel supported and independent. The role also involves participating in cross-curricular lessons and assisting with classroom resources.

The successful candidate doesn't necessarily need experience, however, has the resilience and confidence to support a child who may try and push the boundaries.
