Job summary

TeachMatch is recruiting Teaching Assistants to join a supportive Chepstow school from November, working full-time with students who have additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH.

The role offers competitive pay (£95 per day), Monday–Friday hours, and ongoing support from an education consultant, with possibilities for long-term or permanent placement.

Qualifications

• Experience working in SEN or mainstream school environments.
• Patient, caring, and resilient approach.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• DBS on the update service or willingness to apply.
