Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 pupil with ASD in a Bracknell primary setting. The role focuses on 1:1 engagement, behavioural support, and helping the pupil access the curriculum.
The ideal candidate will have SEN experience, especially ASD, and a calm, proactive approach with strong communication skills. The position is term-time, full-time, with ongoing professional development and DBS checks provided.

Teaching Personnel is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced and committed Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive mainstream primary school in the Bracknell area. This rewarding role involves providing targeted support to pupils, with a particular focus on working 1:1 with a Year 4 pupil diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The successful candidate will play a vital role in helping the pupil engage with learning, manage behavioural challenges, and build confidence within the classroom setting. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
