Teaching Assistant - SEN Support (Boston, Lincolnshire)

Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only (08:30 - 15:30)
Availability: Full Time
Pay: Starting at £90 per day (with potential to rise)

Are you a patient, compassionate, and committed individual looking to make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs?

We're seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to support students with additional needs in a nurturing and inclusive school environment in Boston, Lincolnshire. You'll play a key role in helping pupils access learning, develop life skills, and build confidence in and out of the classroom.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing 1:1 or small group support for children with SEN
  • Assisting with learning activities, emotional regulation, and daily routines
  • Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement support plans
  • Offering encouragement and creating a safe, supportive space for learning
  • Supporting with personal care, when required

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
  • A caring, adaptable, and reliable approach to supporting young learners
  • Full-time availability during term time
  • A willingness to support pupils with personal care needs
