Job Opportunity: Teaching Assistant – Supporting Special Educational Needs & Complex Needs

Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:30
Pay: Starting at £90 per day, with potential for increase

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and complex needs? We are looking for a dedicated and caring Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Boston, Lincolnshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support to students with special educational needs and complex needs within a school setting.
  2. Assist in the delivery of individual learning plans and classroom activities.
  3. Support students in their personal care needs, as required.
  4. Work closely with teaching staff to ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  5. Encourage and foster positive relationships with students to promote their confidence and development.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. A compassionate, patient, and empathetic individual.
  2. Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEN or complex needs, is an advantage but not essential.
  3. Ability to support personal care needs in a respectful and dignified manner.
  4. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  5. A commitment to supporting every student’s progress and well-being.
