Job summary

Two Rivers High School is offering a Teaching Assistant Level 3 Apprenticeship in Staffordshire. You will gain practical experience across classrooms, small groups and lunchtime care, while working toward your Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification. All learning is delivered online/remote.

The role supports students with diverse needs, helps them access lessons, and tracks progress with teachers. The apprenticeship lasts 16 months with weekly hours of 30.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or higher required.
• Enrolled in or working towards Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• All learning delivered online/remote as part of the apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Assist across classrooms and with small groups.
• Support lunchtime care and well-being of students.
• Help students access lessons with clear explanations and materials.
• Monitor progress toward targets and feed back to teachers.
• Support implementation and tracking of student targets.
• Promote positive behaviour in line with school policies.
