Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting Teaching Assistants to join primary schools across Hammersmith & Fulham. Flexible full-time and part-time options are available, with start dates ASAP or after Easter 2026.

Roles include 1:1 SEN Support, General Classroom Support from EYFS to Year 6, and Early Years Support. You’ll work with supportive, well-led schools and enjoy paid trial days to find the right fit.

Qualifications

• Experience with children is helpful but not essential.
• Reliable, patient, and enthusiastic.
• Enhanced DBS or willing to apply.
• Available 3-5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and activities
• Support pupils individually or in small groups
• Prepare resources and maintain a positive classroom environment
• Collaborate with staff to support learning and wellbeing
