Job summary

Oak Grove College in Worthing is expanding and recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils with their learning.

We are looking for individuals with experience in personal care, mental health support, and helping pupils overcome social and emotional barriers to learning; you will engage and motivate students and work across the college as needed.

A programme of support and training will be offered, and applicants invited to interview will be observed working with students.
