Job summary

Teach South Kent is partnered with a welcoming specialist college seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team this September. You will support students with a range of needs, helping them develop independence, confidence and life skills in a nurturing learning environment.

Experience in schools is helpful but not essential. You will work with teachers and therapists, receive full training and ongoing support, and contribute to creating a safe, inclusive setting where every learner

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people with a range of additional needs, including learning difficulties, physical disabilities, autism, and other complex needs. Every day is different, and you'll play a vital role in helping students develop their independence, confidence, and life skills in a nurturing learning environment.

The Role

• Support students both in the classroom and during practical activities.
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver personalised learning.
• Encourage independence while providing appropriate care and support.
• Build positive relationships with students, helping them to achieve their full potential.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Who We're Looking For
