Job summary

Diocese of Salisbury Academy Trust is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant at Whitesheet C of E Primary Academy to support pupils in and out of the classroom. The role is 30 hours per week, term-time only, on a fixed-term contract until 31 August 2027, and offers opportunities to contribute to a nurturing learning environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support pupils, promote engagement, and help deliver a high-quality educational experience within a village

Salary: £25,185 per annum

Hours of work: Full-time: 30 hours per week, term time only - 38 weeks per year

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated, friendly team for 30 hours a week (term-time only on a fixed term contract until 31/8/2027).

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils both in and out of the classroom. You will help create a nurturing and engaging learning environment where children feel confident, happy, and motivated to succeed.
