Job summary

Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming primary school in Newhaven starting in September. You will work in the classroom supporting pupils, including those with SEN, delivering small group and 1:1 interventions.

Qualifications

Teaching Assistant – Primary School

Location: Newhaven, East Sussex

Start Date: Ongoing

Contract: Full-time / Part-time (Term Time Only)

Pay: £92.63 – £110 per day

Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming primary school in Newhaven starting in September. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning, particularly those with additional needs.

The Role
  • Support pupils in class, including those with SEN
  • Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
