Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant for a full-time role in Taunton, starting ASAP. You will support pupils with SEND on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping with engagement, emotional regulation and learning in an inclusive classroom.

The ideal candidate will have experience with SEND (Autism, ADHD, SEMH), a caring attitude, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to build trusting relationships with pupils and staff.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND (e.g. Autism, ADHD, SEMH)
