Job summary

Vision for Education is seeking a Teaching Assistant to support students with SEMH and SEN in Taunton. You will help deliver enrichment activities, develop individualized resources, and work closely with teaching staff to follow plans and track progress.

Main Responsibilities

• Supporting students to engage in a range of enrichment activities.
• Developing learning resources that are individualised to meet students communication needs.
• Working closely with teacher to follow session plans and schemes of work and reporting on the progress of students to inform future planning.
• Utilising strategies from students’ Positive Behaviour Support Plan to engage effectively in learning, whether on-site or in the community.

Pay & Hours

14.24 p/h. Monday - Friday 08:30am - 15:30pm, term time only.
