Job summary

Inspiring Teaching is currently seeking multiple Teaching Assistants to work at our brilliant Special Needs School based in Purley. We are looking for candidates who can assist with students' daily needs and ideally have experience working with children who have autism, significant learning difficulties and additional medical needs.

Typical hours are 8:30am to 4:00pm with a daily rate of £102. The role requires resilience, effective behaviour management, and the ability to build rapport with

Qualifications

• Experience with children who have autism and significant learning difficulties.
• Experience with students who have autism, physical & sensory disabilities and learning difficulties.
• Strong behaviour management and interpersonal skills, with an enthusiastic and positive manner.
• Ability to be resilient and build rapport easily.
• Must have DBS and right to work in the UK.
