Job summary

St Nicholas Catholic Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant for a fixed term until the end of the academic year, with a possible extension. The successful candidate will provide academic, behavioural and social support to an individual child, work to support inclusive teaching and learning, and uphold the Catholic ethos of the school.

Experience with the National Curriculum and EYFS Profile is desirable. Informal visits to the school are welcome.

Job description

St Nicholas Catholic Primary School is a popular one form entry school. The Governors wish to appoint an enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant on a fixed term basis until the end of this academic year initially, with the possibility of extending the role further, working to support our inclusive teaching and learning approach to educate a child with a variety of complex special educational needs.
