Job summary

Leigh Academy Marden is hiring a Teaching Assistant for a fixed-term maternity cover. The role is 31.25 hours per week (8.30 am - 3.15 pm, Mon-Fri), Term Time only, with a salary of £18,415 per year. This full-time contract sits within a supportive, collaborative team in Marden, Kent.

You will work with pupils individually or in small groups, fostering motivation and independence in a primary setting while contributing to a caring school community.

Leigh Academy Marden has an exciting opportunity to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our highly collaborative and supportive team in as soon as possible. Our teaching support team is pivotal to our success in the classroom and supporting children to reach their full potential.
