Job summary

Zest Education in Staffordshire is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our school community from September 2026. This role offers term-time full-time hours, supporting pupils across the curriculum and helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

You will work closely with class teachers, provide small group or one-to-one support, assist with planning and resources, and contribute to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.

Qualifications

  • Experience with children in educational settings preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, caring, and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

  • Support pupils' learning in the classroom and through small group or one-to-one interventions.

Working closely with class teachers and the wider school team, you will provide high-quality support to pupils across the curriculum, helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
