Job summary

Aspire People Limited is seeking Teaching Assistants for a range of roles in St Helens primary schools starting September 2026. Roles include General TA, SEND TA, small-group support, long-term placements, supply and temp-to-perm opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, youth work or support setting.
• A patient, caring and adaptable approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
• A proactive approach to supporting learning and classroom activities.
