Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, childcare, youth work or support setting.
• A patient, caring and adaptable approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
• A proactive approach to supporting learning and classroom activities.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Professional references and the ability to complete an Enhanced DBS check where required.
