TeacherActive is working with an Outstanding OFSTED rated primary school in Mansfield to recruit a committed Teaching Assistant for a long-term role from September. You will support pupils across KS1 and KS2, work with class teachers and provide focused 1-2-1 support to individuals throughout the school day.

Competenze

• Experience in a primary school or similar educational setting.
• Experience supporting KS1 and/or KS2 pupils.
• Ability to provide 1-2-1 support and work with small groups.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with pupils and staff.

• Assist pupils during classroom activities and learning tasks.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with an Outstanding OFSTED rated primary school in Mansfield who are looking to welcome a committed and positive Teaching Assistant to their team. The school provides a supportive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to develop their confidence, independence and enjoyment of learning throughout their primary education.

The school is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis from September, working with pupils across both Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2. The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with class teachers to support learning throughout the school day, assist pupils during classroom activities and provide focused 1-2-1 support to individual children when required.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

• Experience working with children within a primary school or similar educational setting
• Experience supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and/or Key Stage 2 / KS2
• Confidence providing 1-2-1 support and working with small groups of pupils
• The ability to follow teacher guidance and support pupils with classroom activities and learning tasks
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A patient, encouraging and adaptable approach, with a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children
