Role: Teaching Assistants
Location: Northamptonshire
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £90 - £100 per day

Here at Aspire People, we are on the lookout for multiple Teaching Assistants for a coeducational secondary school and sixth form located in Northamptonshire. The school serves approximately 928 students aged 11 to 18 with Ofsted rating the school as "Good" in all key areas, including quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, leadership and management, and sixth form provision . The School is known for its inclusive culture, strong pastoral care, and a wide range of extracurricular activities that support students' personal and academic growth.

About you:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting pupils in the classroom, in small groups, and on a 1:1 basis. You will also support pupils at the school with SEN or Additional Needs. You will be:
* Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant or HLTA qualified is beneficial but not essential
* Experienced working with children aged 11-18 in a school or other setting
* Confident and knowledgeable in a variety of SEN and Additional Needs
* Available on a Full Time basis from September 2025
* Access to own vehicle would be beneficial
