Location: Falmouth (Fridays)
Start Date: September
Pay: £15/hour for assisting at our new Falmouth classes| £25/hour for cover teaching for Falmouth and Truro

Are you passionate about working with children and love the performing arts? We’re looking for a reliable, energetic and creative individual to join our team this September!

About the Role:

We run dynamic, fun-filled after-school performing arts classes, and holiday workshops, for children aged 4-12 and we need a dedicated assistant for our new Falmouth classes every Friday (3:30pm–8:15pm) starting from September.

You’ll support the lead teacher, help manage the class, and bring a positive spirit to every session. Training will be provided.

In addition, you'll be our go-to cover teacher at both Falmouth on a Friday and in Truro on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays when needed (e.g. during teacher holidays or absences).

Ideal Candidate:

*Experience working with children
*Performing arts background (dance, drama, or musical theatre)
*Ability to sing and dance
*Some teaching or assisting experience (or very willing to learn)
*Reliable and enthusiastic with great communication skills
*Confident managing groups of children with warmth and structure

Pay:

£15/hour for assisting in Falmouth on Fridays and also covering our Truro assistant on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and/or Thursdays.

£25/hour for covering lead teaching in Falmouth (Fridays when required) and in Truro (Tues–Thurs, when required)

️ Safeguarding:

As we work with children, all applicants must be willing to undergo a DBS check. Training and safeguarding policies will be provided and followed closely.
