We seek versatile, resilient, and committed Teaching Assistants who can adapt their practice across all key stages. The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher, assisting children with their work, supporting pupil behavior, establishing good relationships, acting as a role model, and responding to individual needs.

Please note: this role is based on working 39 weeks per year (38 weeks plus one week of training), following Staffordshire County Council term dates.
