We are seeking versatile, resilient, and committed Teaching Assistants on a bank basis, capable of adapting their practice across all key stages. The successful candidate will work alongside the class teacher, assisting children with their work, supporting pupil behaviour, establishing good relationships, acting as a role model, and responding to individual needs.
